Visitor Information
Our office is located on the 16th floor of the James Center complex in downtown Richmond, accessible from East Cary Street between 9th and 10th Streets. Validated parking is available in the James Center parking garage (enter from Canal Street). The building lobby requires visitor check-in with a government-issued photo ID. Please arrive 10 minutes early for scheduled appointments to allow for security screening.

We are happy to provide background information, arrange interviews, and facilitate access to grantee project sites for reporting purposes.
